Searching for a station is easier: the search field stays in view above the keyboard while you type, and the keyboard closes as soon as you search, so the results are no longer hidden behind it.

On a tablet, Mast still turns with the screen.

Mast now stays upright: turning your phone sideways no longer rotates the app into landscape.

Move your presets: hold a preset until it lifts, drag it onto another slot and let go. The two swap places; an empty slot simply takes the preset. Holding without moving still opens Replace or Clear.

The volume bar now disappears by itself, three seconds after you adjust the volume. As long as your finger rests on the slider, it stays.

Now and then, once you've used Mast for a while, your phone may ask you to rate it. It asks at most once per version, and only after a station you started is playing.

Station logos are back. Since the last version Mast only showed logos hosted on a station's own site, which meant about half of them disappeared. That restriction is gone: you'll see a logo again wherever there is one.

Mast no longer ships a built-in station list. Favourites and Recents start empty: you choose your own stations now, with the built-in search and the per-country suggestions.

Mast controls your speakers directly over your own wifi network. Speakers are found automatically, your presets and internet radio are ready to go, and you can play several rooms together.

No account, no cloud, no tracking: everything stays on your own network.

Searching for speakers is smooth again. The app used to lock up for several seconds during a search; it now stays responsive from the first tap to the last result.

Tapping the volume bar no longer jumps the volume — it takes a slide. The same goes for each speaker in a group, and for bass in Settings.

After a search, the speakers it finds behave: tap one to connect, then add the rest to play in sync.

Pick which room the music plays in straight from the player — no more hunting through Settings. A preset slot can be cleared again, and an accidental press no longer wipes one.

The 6 slots are Mast's own: they start empty, and you fill them by playing a station and holding a slot. Mast never reads or changes the presets stored on the speaker itself — those stay exactly as they are.

This version contains no functional changes: the work went entirely into the release process — version handling, changelog and release notes. The app itself behaves as before: fully local, with no account, cloud or tracking.
